In the north of Brandenburg was Badingen one of the three S-200 "Vega" 
anti-aircraft missile complexes and the LSK / LV, 
code-named "Palladium."
In mid-80's built onderhet watchful eye of the Russians
Soviet-made S-200 system is one of the most modern anti-aircraft defenses inthe world, so great was the secrecy of the entire complex.The anti-aircraft missile system had a maximum range of 255 km and was used for the control of especially high-flying enemy missiles or aircraft.

In Gransee there was the rocket camp for the FRAG-411 Badingen.
It was maintained by the technical department of the FRAG-411, TA 4110-th Here, the rockets could also be maintained and checked, a refueling was not 
possible. There are two pieces of the storage bunker-type buildings for S-200 missiles. These bunkers were made of each of three parallel  storage chambers, which were closed on both sides with pressure protection gates of type STD. Each of six missiles were stored in a chamber on conveyor belts, so that is an original storage capacity of 36 missiles in the object.
